Choosing to work with a coach is an important leadership decision.
The right coaching partnership can unlock clarity, accelerate growth, and sharpen your impact — but it’s important to know what to expect before we start.
My approach is built on trust, real-world insight, and a focus on meaningful action.
Here’s what working together typically looks like:
1. A leadership-driven focus from day one.
Our work will center around your most important leadership goals — whether that’s navigating change, strengthening influence, scaling your business, or building a stronger team.
Together, we’ll define what success looks like for you, and keep it at the heart of our conversations.
2. Practical experience, not just theory.
With 20+ years of experience across leadership, coaching and business, I bring practical insights to the table — not just frameworks or models.
Expect conversations grounded in real-world realities, helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.
3. A balance of challenge, support, and action.
Coaching is not always comfortable — and that’s by design.
I’ll challenge your assumptions, stretch your thinking, and hold you accountable to the goals you set for yourself.
At the same time, you’ll find a space where it’s safe to reflect, test new ideas, and take bold action.
4. Momentum between sessions.
Each coaching session will leave you with deeper insights, sharpened focus, and clear next steps.
Depending on your goals, as your executive coach, I may also share practical tools, frameworks, or resources to support your growth between sessions.
We typically meet every 2–4 weeks, depending on your needs and pace of change.
5. Confidentiality and true partnership.
Everything we discuss stays strictly between us.
I approach coaching as a true partnership: built on trust, respect, and a shared commitment to your success over the long term — not just during our sessions.
